Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AJ Packers and Movers, Coimbatore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide reliable, safe, and timely relocation services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation

An advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
Once the booking is confirmed and resources are allocated, cancellation charges may apply.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing and reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

✅ Full Refund

A full refund will be issued if:

The service is cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled moving date.
Cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances from our side (vehicle breakdown, staff unavailability, etc.).

⚠️ Partial Refund

A partial refund may be provided if:

Cancellation is made 24–48 hours before the scheduled move.
Packing materials or vehicle arrangements have already been initiated.
Administrative or operational costs will be deducted.

❌ No Refund

No refund will be issued if:

Cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the moving time.
The customer is unavailable at the pickup location.
Incorrect address, wrong contact details, or last-minute changes cause service failure.
Service is stopped or cancelled after packing or loading has started.

4. Service Delays & Rescheduling

If there is a delay due to traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions, refunds will not apply.
Free rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

5. Damage & Loss Claims

Refunds for damages or loss will be considered only if:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proper evidence (photos/videos) is provided.
Liability is limited as per the agreed quotation and terms.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer / UPI / original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

Packing material costs once used
Labour charges after service initiation
Last-minute or same-day cancellations
Long-distance booking preparation charges

8. Changes to This Policy

AJ Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on our website.
